Show funeral Services Held for Mrs.lngeborg Christensen Funeral services were held Monday Mon-day afternoon at 2 o'clock at the North Ward chapel for Mrs. Ingo-borg Ingo-borg Christensen, who died Friday afternoon at the home of her daughter, daugh-ter, Mrs. William L. Shelley. Bishop 11. C. Jacobs presided during dur-ing the services. The choir w as present pres-ent and furnished appropriate music The opening prayer was offered hy Elder William Olson. The speakers were Elders Kichard Brown, Conder-sei Conder-sei Kowe. Peter Monsen. Pres. '. N. Lund and Bishop Jacobs. Pres. Merz offered the closing prayer. The llur til offering was beautiful. Elder I'. ('. Jensen of Milbnrn dedicated the grave. Mrs. ( 'h list euseu was born April 2S, lS-Iti, in Denmark. She became a member of the Mormon church when a young girl and came to I'tah at the. age of 10 years. She lived it. Salt Lake City for about two years and then moved to Mount Pleasant where she made her home. During Hie building of the Manti Temple she assisted in the work by cooking lor the laboring men. Mrs. Christensen was the mother of Mrs. Stena C. McArthur of this City, Mrs. Christie Naylor ami Mrs. Dortea Wheelock of Mammoth. I'tah, Mrs. Maria Norman of Fairview and Mrs. Helena Shelley of Mountain-ville. Mountain-ville. Her husband proceeded her to the grave. Mrs. Burt Wheelock of Mammoth came here to attend the funeral. |
