Mr. Robinson was born- in Spring Ci.y, June 5, 1862, son of John and Emma Lucas Robin-jon. Robin-jon. His father iwas an early pioneer and a gunsmith- by trade. His mother was a pioneer milliner. milli-ner. Mr. Robinson has all ways re-sidd re-sidd iini Spring City. Among his numerous Oh-urah activities are: president cu' the Teaanurs Quorum, Quor-um, president of 'the- YiMIMIA, ii'irst counselor in toe Sunday School, first assistant in the North San-pete- Stake Suir.lday School, superintendent of the ward Sunday School, serving in -.hi office lor seventeen years. He nas served in the High Council, as a home missionary, -dnainrniam of the geneaiogical committee. With his wife he ..abored as .a rn'-mber of the "Old Peoples" Ocmmittee, was sel-eot-od as a missionany 'of the Mutual and labored in Cache Valley and idaho, iii.ien as a mis-ionary in Colorado and Wyoming'. Since his youth, Mr. Robinson has bejn a member of ihe ward Jnoir. He 'has been president of that 'organization for about 30 years, and at present still holds this office. He also is dhairman of ithe Sunday School Enlistment Enlist-ment Committee and district m.ad visiting teacher. In city 'affairs he was ini the city council and coa-mby road -supervisor. He married Lovina AUredi, November 22, 1883, in ithe Endowment En-dowment House, in Salt Lake. The ceremony was performed by Elder Daniel H. Wells. They are living 'tog-ether in heir horaj-e af.er 58 years of married iifv. Their four children lire living. They -are: Mrs. Ruth Oslborne, Mrs. Bertha BJiain and Leonard Robinson olf Spring -City, and Mrs. WiUia.m H. Pugs-ley Pugs-ley of Magna.
