Murdock was driving on a suspended license and that he did not have insurance Murdock was transported to jail and charged into East Millard Justice Court with Class B M sd suspended license Class B Misd no proof on insurance and Gass C Misd speeding Murdock later posted a S740 bond and was released pending a future court appearance 330 p m Joseph Otto Holm 19 Salt Lake City was attested at the Millard County Jail by Deputy Jeff Gehre Holm had stopped at the jail to pay the bail on a warrant for oneof his friends It just so happened that Holm had 2 warrants from Hurricane in the amount of S Class B Misd driving on suspension and Gass C Misd speeding Wolfgramm later posted a $360 bond and was released pending a future court appearance 2:15 pm Chad F Greathouse 22 Delta was attested at the Delta City Park by Deputy Ray Wright Provo District Court had issued a $350 cash bail warrant on Greathouse for a possession of drug paraphernalia charge Greathouse was transported to jail on the warrant where he posted bail and was released 1045 pm Andrew Wayne Skelton 23 Krista Michele Phillips 22 and Firooz Kiamanesh 23 all from California were arrested at mp 189 by Trooper Gordon Mortcnsen Skelton was driving a 1996 Honda Civic when he was stopped for speeding 88 miles per hour in a 75 zone Mortensen could smell the odor of marijuana coming from inside the vehicle and located a very large quantity of suspected marijuana that was packaged in small bags Mortensen also located drug paraphernalia and determined that Skelton w as under the influence of marijuana while he was driving A arrested in Delta by Sgf Jeff Whatcott Dispatch had received a report that Fulton had allegedly tried to force her way into a residence over a civil matter Whatcott determined that Fulton did use force to try to get into the residence Fulton was transported to jail and charged into 4th District Court with burglary a 2nd degree felony and assault a Class B Misd Fulton was seen by Judge Ron Hare facility or church) The alleged crimes occurred at the 7 store on Main Street (next to a church and school) in Delta on June 13 and in Fillmore on June 27 (adjacent to an ongoing baseball game) Investigating officers from the Sevier County Drug Task Force have been observing Robles make drug deals in Sevier and Millard Counties These officers assisted Lt John Kimball and Deputy Roger Young in the investigation and subsequent arrests Robles entered into a plea bargain whereas he pleaded guilty to the two felony two charges and the felony one charge was dismissed Robles waived his report
