Vehicle Division Utah State Tax Commission and the Driver’s License Division Department of Public Safety Failure of motorists to respond to the inquiry will result in the suspension of their driver’s license This program is SCHEDULE OF VISITING PHYSICIANS The Delta and Fillmore Community Medical Centers would like to announce the schedule of visiting physicians to Millard County Along with Primary Care services rendered by each hospital (Nursing Service Obstetrics and Nursery Laboratory Radiology Emergency Room Surgery Physical Therapy Home Health Care) the following physicians bring their Physicians thru Utah Valley Hospital Appointments will be scheduled Hospital by local Physicians for in response to a legislative mandate to reduce the number of uninsured motorists on Utah highways Despite the requirements of Utah law for all motor vehicles to be insured prior to being registered many Utahns have failed to maintain insurance It is estimated that there are nearly 71000 uninsured vehicles registered in Utah The Motor Vehicle Division will ran5000 domly select approximately Utahns each month through the vehicle registration computer file These dividuals will receive a letter requesting information regarding their vehicle surance The envelope will be stamped in red “INSURANCE MATERIAL’’ If the vehicle owner fails to respond a second letter will be sent before the driver’s license is suspended Once the vehicle owner responds the information is sent to the designated surance company for verification If the owner does not respond to either letter approximately three weeks after the second letter the individual’s name is given to the Driver’s License The individual’s driver’s Division license will be suspended until proof of insurance is provided to the Department of Public Safety The Utah State Legislature has and structed the Tax Commission Department of Public Safety to develop this program to reduce the number of uninsured motorists in Utah The program was that the family members who wished could take a tour of the former Charlesworth home A large group took advantage of this opportunity and thoroughly enjoyed it Thanks Given and Frank Recent guests of Homer and Thelma Oldfield were her daughter Dorothy Van Wagoner and son Scott from Price Utah On Saturday they drove to Beaver Utah to see Dorothy’s grandmother Burt and to pick up their son Steven who had spent the summer helping with the Boy Scouts at their summer camp which he enjoyed and earned money for his senior year While at Grandmother Burt’s home Dorothy met cousins and an Uncle Bob whom she had never before seen Attending the wedding and reception in Ogden on August 8 for Stacy Syphers and Anthony T Evans were Grant and Ethel Brunson of Kanosh Stacy’s parents are Mrs Joseph Huot Mrs Huot is the former Leslie Brunson daughter of Theron and La Von Brunson Anthony’s parents are Mrs William P Evans The Wallace Nielson Family held their Reunion above Adelaide Park on September 5
