Show Provo Rites Held For C. A. -Glazier Funeral services for Charles Albert Al-bert Glazier, 85, former state and federal bank official, were held in Provo Tuesday. Mr. Glazier died n Provo Saturday of causes incid ent to age. He was the father of Mrs. A. O. Gardner, of Delta and had visited frequently in Delta Mr. Glazier had been a banker for many years. As a young man he was employed in a Provo bank In 1906 he became Utah state bank examiner and later State banking commissioner. In 1916 he was appointed national bank examiner ex-aminer for the western states and held that position until 1936, when he retired and moved with his wife to Los Angeles. There he served as a accountant and auditor for the Wiltshire LDS ward until 1945, when his wife died. Since then he had resided with his sons and daughters in California and Utah. |
