Show Vaughn Moody Dies In Oakland Vaughn Wilson Moody died in Oakland, California, on January 7, of a heart ailment from which he had suffered many years. He was thirty-three years of age, and was born in Hinckley, a son of Milton and Nellie Bishop Moody. His early life was spent at Hinckley, where he attended schools. His home has been in Oakland for some years, where he was associated in business busi-ness with his brother, Manton Moody. Moo-dy. He was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Latter-day Saints, both in Hinckley and in Oakland, where he served with the stake board of the Mutual in his ward, and also as president of the elders quorum. Surviving are his wife, Elma Moody, and three young daughters, and two sisters, Mrs. Bly Beal, of Ephraim, and Mrs. Zela Merrill, of Price, and four brothers, M. Ward Moody and E. L. Moody, of Delta, D. Milo Moody, of Spanish Fork, and Manton Moody, of Oakland, California. Funeral services were held in Oakland on Monday. |
