Show AMERICAN SOLDIERS KILL MEXICANS IN SKIRMISH Rebels Cross the Boundary and Engage En-gage With Troopers, Five of Marauders Ma-rauders Being Killed. Douglas, Ariz. Mexican rebels crossed tho boundary nnd were en-guged en-guged by I'nlted States soldiers on the Lang ranch fifty miles east of Douglas, according to a report received receiv-ed here Friday night. Thirteen American Amer-ican troopers held back twenty-five rebels, killing five and wounding one of the Mexicans, it Is reported. The rebels are believed to be of the command com-mand of Inez Salazar, whose men slso engaged American soldiers below llachlta, N. M , farther to the east. In view of the critical condition at Hachltn, General Steever has dispatched dis-patched an additional troop of tho Third cavalry for duty at that point. A portion of tho signal corps from Fort D. A.
