Show Oasis Mrs La Veda Bishop Mr. and Mrs. Wash Rcrundy had as their guests Sunday Mr. Roundy's sisters and husbands, Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Davis and daughter, Calda, and Mr. and Mrs. Carl Perkins and sons, Erold and Garold, of Ced ar City. The families spent the day in Oak Creek Canyon. Wash and Howard Roundy left Monday for Colton, Cal., and expected ex-pected to return Wednesday. Mrs. Mandy Schneider, who has been visiting here since July 4, left Sunday for Boise, Ida., where her daughter, Doris Mae, is visiting visit-ing Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Kelly and family. After a week three, they will return to their home in Oakland, Oak-land, Cal. Mrs. Ha Messinger and daughtetr Elizabeh and infant son are visiting visit-ing Mr. and Mrs. J. Val Styler. Mrs. Lavene Gillen and Mrs. Alice Adams are in Oak City canyon can-yon this week with 4-H girls. Mrs. Anni Skeem and Mrs. Edna Cropper returned from Salt Lake Sunday after three days there. Miss Helen Skeem and Miss Glor ia Stewart spent Sunday in Oasis. Mrs. Inga Lundgreen of Manti, is visiting her daughter Mrs. Lil-lie Lil-lie Memmott. Mr. and Mrs. Ray Lovell and Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Petersen were on a fishing trip last week. Mr. and Mrs. Guy Norton and sons, Wayn and Ronnie from South . Gate, Cal., arrived in Oasis Sunday Sun-day evening to visit two weeks with their mother Mrs Betsy Skeem and other members of the family. Mr. and Mrs. Arlyn Styler, of Orem, spent Saturday with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. Val Styler. Sty-ler. They left Sunday morning, taking their children, Grant, Karen and Lynn, back home with them. The children had been visiting with their grandparents for ten days, while their mother convales ced from having her tonsils removed. |
