Show October 15 and 29 Only Days To Register Tuesday, October 15, and Tuesday, Tues-day, October 29. are the two days on which those who expect to vote in the coming town election elec-tion and whose names do not now appear on the voting lists, may qualify to cast their ballots. Mrs. William Armstrong is the registration reg-istration agent for district 1, comprising com-prising that part of town lying west of Main street, and Mrs. James Glenn agent for district 2, j comprisng the ea.-t part of town. i The offices of the agents are at their respective homes and the hours are from S:00 o'clock a m. to 9:00 p.m. The names of those who voted in neither the 1933 or 193 1 eh-c-tions are not supposed to appear on the new voting li-ts and other names may he omittH by mistake, so it is he.-t for everyone to examine ex-amine the lists carefully for such oversights if they wish to make sure of being able to vote on November No-vember 5. If you have moved from one district to another it is hetter for you to get a transfer than to re-register in your new I district. Requirements for registration are as follows: American citizenship, citizen-ship, age of 21 years, and residence resi-dence in the state for one year, the county for four months, and j the precinct for '0 day-. |
