Show NOTICE. Rio Grande Western Railway General Gen-eral Freight Department Salt Lake Citv, Utah, Aug. 1, 1892 Effective August 1st. Shipment-) of Live Stock Agricultural Implements, Machinery, and other articles intended for exhibition at State, County, District, Municipal or Educational Associations' Fairs or Expositions in Utah, during the year 1892, will be transported subject sub-ject to the following rules: First. The freight will be way-billed at owner's risk of damage, and regnlar rates will be charged to the Fair. Exception: Ex-ception: On shipments of fruit, grain, or vegetables, the freight charges will be refunded upon presentation of certificate cer-tificate from Secretary that such shipments ship-ments have been placed on exhibition. Second. On return of the freight, no change of ownership having occurred, and with proper evidence from the Secretary Sec-retary of its exhibition, it will be returned re-turned free, at owner's rish. Third. The usual live stock contract con-tract must be executed in the regular manner for shipments of live stock. Fourth. Shipments of race horses are not to receive the benefit of this rule but are In all cases to be charged full tariff rates both ways. (Allow the loading load-ing of sulkies and Harness in with racing rac-ing stock without extra charge, when destined to Stote and eonnty fairs, etc Fifth. All property mnst be returned within ten (10) days after the close of fair at which it has been on exhibition; otherwise full tariff rates will be charged. Sixth. All exhibits for Territorial fair which are intended for reshipment to the World's Colombian Exposition and consigned to ' Mr. N. A.
