Show The Contributor, for October, has made its appearance. This periodical is of the greatest interest to all the young people of Utah. It is of such a character that it can be read with pleasure and satisfaction by the children of the Latter-day Saints, and even by men and women of age and experience. The contents of the first number are "Confidence," "Shooting Stars," "Character Sketches," "On the Mount of Olives," "Exaggeration," "Theory of Education" Influences of art," "Editorials" and other very instructive articles. The magazine presents a very neat typographical appearance; and in the character and arrangement of the reading matter reflects the greatest credit on the editor, Junius F. Wells, of Salt Lake. The terms for the Contributor are two dollars a year payable in advance. Let everyone subscribe. |
