Show Logan Rifle Club This organization has been recently established on a firmer basis than formerly, and is now in a very prosperous condition. Regular practices and modest? matches are frequently held; and from the score of the several members we infer that Logan will soon produce a team which can compete with the best shots of any other part of the Territory. As there have been many questions from people in the settlements, with regard to the rules which should govern such a body, we deem it advisable to present the constitution and by-laws of the above organization, which are as follows: Preamble Negligence concerning the use of firearms being a prevailing fault, it becomes necessary to take individual and united action in promoting a proper understanding of this useful art; the undersigned agree to form an association and be governed in their fundamental action by the following: Constitution I.
