Ridge The Highland City Cultural Arts production of "The Pajama Game" opens today, July 28, and continues through Saturday at Mountain Ridge Junior High School. Show time is 7:30 p.m. and tickets are available presold at e city hall or at the door. prices are $5 adult and $4 for children under 12; at the door, prices are $5.75 for adults, $4.75 for children under 12, with a discount available to those wearing modest pajamas. This version of the popular family musical about a labor and management dispute at a pajama factory is directed by Jeannine Lasky and produced by Thalia Taylor. Melody Hall is Pre-sal- 25-ce- nt Inspector Gadget TarzantG) Daily: serving as musical director and Gina Wyatt as choreographer. The Highland City Theatre Ensemble seeks to highlight local outstanding talent. The part of Gladys is played by professional actress Janice Power, whose credits include Touched by an Angel" and other BYU productions and television spots. Elise Fellingham plays Babe and Dallyn Bayles plays Sid. The pair are music, drama and theater majors at BYU. Also featured are Highland mayor Jess Adamson and former mayor Jim Hewlett, and many more. This production won the Tony award for best musical in 1954. Auditions will be held at American Heritage School, 100 E. 125 North, Pleasant Grove. Miss Asay founded the choir 15 years ago and emphasizes performing great music by the master composers, as well as folk songs and contemporary music. The choir has performed Utah the with Valley Symphony, with the Utah State Symphony and Chorus and with the Utah Baroque Ensemble. The Concert Choir recently returned from Italy where they performed in the International Tuscany Children's Choir Festival. To be eligible, children must be between the ages of eight and 15.
