For some bank officials, the move is like coming home. "We're not getting bigger, we're just getting closer to our customers," said Paul Gunther, a member of the board of directors. This bank is unique, it reflects a Lehi flavor." Indeed, the arched windows resemble wagon wheels that symbolize the Mormon pioneers, a theme that is carried over into the interior windows, which have covered wagons etched into each one. The open beam ceiling and the exterior rock gathered from New Mexico complete the western motif. "We tried to make it a nice addition to the community, something the community can be proud of," said Steve Swenson, branch manager.
