Grand champion trophies were awarded to Gary Clark for his FFA beef; Stan Cook, for his FFA sheep; and Glenn Powell, for his FFA hog. These boys took top honors in their divisions over eight entries in the beef division; seven in the sheep; and five in the swine ' division. It had halted in front of the cafe while another daughter, Carol, had gone inside for sandwiches. According to Lehi Police Officer Karl E. Zimmerman, who investigated, Mrs. Barney started the motor to heat the car. The gas pedal stuck to the floor. In reaching to release the gas, she apparently placed the car in gear, with the resulting crash. The car plunged through the cafe front and smashed the counter stools before it was halted by a metal upright post. No one in the cafe was in the path of the car or hurt by flying debris. Mrs. Barney then backed the car out, striking the parked car of Robert K. Hall, American Fork, knocking it into the parked car of Ezra Hurst, of Provo. Damage to the cars was listed as $100 to each of the Barney and Hall machines, and $30 to the Hurst ma- ' chine. Mrs. Barney was taken to the American Fork Hospital for treatment for a suspected back injury. Her daughter.who occupied the back seat, was uninjured. Sheriff's Deputy Dean Kirkham assisted Officer Zimmerman in the Investigation. Officer Zimmerman was an eye witness to the ', of Mr. and Mrs. C. Relatives and friends are cordially invited to join with ward members in attendance. Elder Rasmussen is a graduate of the Lehi High School and the LDS Seminary. He participated in athletics as a member of the football and wresUing teams. He spent six months in U. S. Army training as a member of the Utah National Guard at Fort Ord, Calif., and Fort Belvoir, Va. He attended Utah State University at Logan. The program will begin with prelude music by Carole Peck, ward organist. The opening song will be by the choir and congregation, "I Know That My Redeemer Lives." The opening prayer will be offered by Elder Ronald Rasmussen. The sacramental song, "While of These Emblems We Partake," will be sung by the choir and con- -' gregation.
