Layton Man Dies After Jail Hanging survived for LAYTON A Layton man who nearly a week on life support systems at the Davis North Medical Center after he was found hanging in a jail cell at the Layton City Jail March 8 died Friday. Motorcyclist Hurt A motorcyclist was injured FARMINGTON when he was reportedly run off the road by another vehicle. According to the Utah Highway Patrol, Robert Enz, 56, 2516 E. Combe Road, Ogden, was southbound on Highway 89 near Layton when his motorcycle was forced off the road by another vehicle. The motorcycle hit the curb of the center partition in the highway and overturned, the report said.
