At Westmont College, the field will include many of the smaller schools from around the Southern California area. The lower altitude should help our middle and long distance runners, said Hislop. The event it helps the most is the Steeplechase. Well have Paul Pilkington, Ron Davis and Brian Appell entered. All three are strong runners at that distance and Pilkington has run under 8:50 before. In conjunction with the Relays, there will be a Decathlon held on Saturday and Sunday.
