Foster of the Bank of Southern 'Utah, which occurred yesterday yester-day evening, Thursdny the 19th, nt 0 o'clock' p. m. ) Mrs. Foster wns taken ill of influenza influ-enza nearly two weeks ago, and do-' veloped pneumonia, but while being In a most criticnl condition for two or. three days, successfully passed tho crisis of her attack a week ago and everybody had the impression ttint she wns on tho suro rond to complete recovery. A vnlvulatory trouble of tho heart greatly complicated her disease and made her case more serious than it would otherwise hnvo been from the first, and this handicap finally decided the battio for life against her. Mrs. Foster was a very intelligent, competent nnd cxamplnry wifo and mother. She was prominent In socinl circles, and wns respected by all who knew her. Her husband is a prominent nnd progressive young mnn, who, besides be-sides being cashier of tho bank named, is a member of tho City Council, the president of tho Commercial Club, and for several years was bishop of the Cedar Eastward. Deceased leaves a family of fivo children who will be denied a mother's caro and guidance. Tho sympathy of the community goes out to them and to tho suffering husband in their hour of gloom nnd sorrow. Funern! services will be held in the Tabernacle Sunday afternoon at two o'clock. |
