Show Edwards, Banks recite temple vows ThQ St. George LDS Temple was the setting for the double ring ceremony which united Miss Karen Edwards and Lc-land Lc-land Kenneth Banks August 7. President Theron M, Ashcroft officiated. The Cedar Seventh Ward was the setting for the reception recep-tion which honored the young couple that same evening. The bride's parents are Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Edwards, GG'd W. 400 S. and the bridegroom's parents are Mr. and Mrs. Lc-land Lc-land Welles Banks, .Miners-ville. .Miners-ville. The bride wore a delustcred satin gown with an overlay of sheer tricot. It featured an empire em-pire waistline, , high neckline, and full sheer sleeves with ! S?3 mm pointed cuffs. A scalloped flowered lace enhanced the beauty of the full train. It also al-so ran down the front of the dress and was used in trimming trim-ming the sleeves and high neckline. The waist length veil of bridal illusion was held with a crown trimmed with pearls and crystaline. She carried car-ried a bouquet of pink carnations carna-tions with white glamelias and stephanotis trimmed with purple net and ribbon. Miss Cathy Edwards was maid of honor and the attendants attend-ants were Mrs. Robert (Joyce) Woolsey, Miss Evelyn Banks, Miss Delores Torres. Flower girl was Miss Lee Ann Hales. : The attendants wore lavender laven-der and carried pink carnations carna-tions tied with hot pink ribbons. rib-bons. The flower girl carried a basket of pink carnations and white mums. Dan E. Payne was best man and the ushering was done by Stephen Edwards, Paul Edwards, Ed-wards, Miles Robinson, David Robinson, Robert Woolsey, and LeRoy Houchen. - Both mothers wore double knit street length drosses of hot pink with cymbidium or-chM or-chM corsages. Gift ibearers were Brad, Clay, and John Russell Rcbln-cn. Rcbln-cn. The scrolls were passed by Quinten, Lori, Becky, Todd, and Bronda Robinson. . Serving the refreshments were Teressa, JoAnn, Elaine, Cindy, and Debra Robinson, while Tamara Davis, Marilyn Dover, and Helen and Kelsey Robertson helped at the gift table. Helping in the kitchen were Loretta Hale, Ann Pierce, Flossie Flos-sie Harris, Afton Topham, Sylvia Syl-via Chamberlain, Alice Peterson, Peter-son, Geneive Plummer, Gaye Carter, Ann Judd, Lois Row ley, and Barbara Messinger. ,Tom and Ruth Challis acted as host and hostess for the reception re-ception and Mrs. Carroll (Mary) Brown presided at the guest book.
