Show Musical Numbers at Funeral Announced In our report of the funeral service of Mrs. Nancy Walker given in last week's issue of the Record, a transposition caused considerable canfuslon as to the musical program. In order to clarify the report we republish the following paragraph: The musical program included includ-ed organ music by Colleen Perkins, Per-kins, the opening song, "Jesus Lover of My Soul", and the closing clos-ing song, "I Have Heard of a Beautiful City", given by a double dou-ble mixed quartet, composed of Ellen SImkins, Ella Holyoak, Mamie Eck, Marion Anderson, Ray Cosslett, Myles Walker, Wm. C Macfarlane and E. B. Dalley. A mixed quartet composed of Mrs. William Manning, Mrs. Ray Lunt, Ray Coslett and Myles Walker, sang "Flower Land", and Mr. Walker and Mr. Cosslett sang a duet, "Whispering Hope". We also failed to mention the fact that Mrs. Walker was survived sur-vived by four great-grandchildren. |
