Notice is hereby given that the Desert Reclamaion Company," by its secretary, T. W. Jones, whose post office address is New Castle, Utah, has made application applica-tion in accordance with the requirements re-quirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1909, to appropriate three thousand (3,000) acre-feet of water from Pinto Creek, Washington County, Utah. Said water will be stored during the period from January 1 to December 31, inclusive, of each year, in a reservoir embraced em-braced in Sections 2 and 3 Township Town-ship 37 south, Range 15 west, Salt Lake base and meridian. The center of the impounding dam is situated at a point which bears south 13 degrees 30 minutes min-utes west 1,306 feet distant of the southwest corner of Section 35.
