Willy, formerly of this city, died this week in Oklahoma of consumption. lit was located here in the summer of 1902, being the clergyman at St. Joseph's Orphans' Or-phans' home ant at East Helena. Failing Fail-ing health compelled him to seek a southern climate. He was greatly attached to the late Bishop Brondel and it is said that grief over the death of the bishop no doubt hastened the priest's end. ' , ' Mike Donnelly departed for Butte on Thursday, his mother's condition being so improved as to permit his return to Montana. . . -4- ' Charles Minoletti, cne of the ovner3 of the Ne Plus XHtra mines at Hamilton, Hamil-ton, White Pine county, spent several days in Eureka last week making arrangements ar-rangements for an extended visit with relatives and friends in Europe. He started pn his. journey Monday, and wjll flret go to Paris-, where he has three sisters. Later he will go to his old home in Italy. ' ' f ' ' S " '"' The engagement of Miss Mary Frances McGarry of Euraka, Nev., and" Mr. J. J.'Darcy of Buffalo, N. Y., is announced. an-nounced. The wedding will take place on Feb. 9, 1904, in St. Mary"s cathedral at Superior, Wis. After the marriage ceremony a reception will be held at the home of P. Cadigan, uncle of the bride-to-be, at 1320 John avenue. Miss McGarry is the second daughter of Mr. andvMrs. M. McGarry of Eureka, and has been teaching- school at Superior the past eight years.- Mr. Darcy is chief engineer of a line of boats belong ing to the Northern Steamship company, compa-ny, which ply between Buffalo, N.
