The program, which began March 15, will continue through May 30. Program objective is to encourage both civilian and military within AFLC to submit ideas which they feel are worthwhile. Ideas that may have been turned down previously should also be submitted to the IMPROVE Suggestion Program. The Program is a special one-tim- e 76-da- logistics y management suggestion campaign established by Air Force Logistics Command (AFLC) as a means of identifying and incorporating and capabilities for the improvements campaign. William's mother, Capt. Kay Kronsted, is a registered nurse and certified nurse midwife assigned to the I'SAF Hospital at Hill AFB. William's birth makes him the first baby ever born to a midwife on active duty. Captain Kronsted plans to spend several weeks at home with young William, but after that it will be back to work. ( U.S. Air Force Photo by Azalee Watson) Audit Jr Olympics Basketball AAU The 1976 Intermountain n Association Junior Olympics ( 12 of year olds and under as Jan. 1, 1976) basketball tournament will be held at the Layton Armory and the Hill AFB gym beginning next Wednesday, Apr. 14. Games will be played in the Layton Armory at 7 and 8 p.m. on Apr. 14 and 7:45 and 8:45 p.m., Apr. 15. Hill AFB games will be played at 7:30 p.m. on Apr. 16, 10 a.m. and possibly 6 p.m., Apr. 17. Admission is free. Teams entered are from Granger, Ogden, Pleasant View and Brigham City. Tournament director is Harry G. Hall, base athletic supervisor. The winning team receives an entry to the AAU National Mini Tournament at Poplar Bluff, Mo during June 1976. The Junior Division Tournament ( 14 year olds and under as of Jan. 1. 1976) will be held beginning May 19 at Hoy High School and Hill AFB.
