WAFFLES, CRISP AND TENDER. Waffles are dainty cakes much enjoyed en-joyed by the average person, and they are not confined to the morning meal for they make a good luncheon or dinner dessert. If the sour milk is very thick thin with sweet milk or water, or the batter will be too thick.
