Show YOUNG CENTERFIELD COUPLE ARE MARRIED BIG RECEPTION FOLLOWS The home of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Christensen of Centerf ield was the scene of an elaborate wedding reception recep-tion Wednesday evening of lasc week, when more than one hundred and thirty gathered to pay respects and extend congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Merrill Allred, who were married at the Manti court house Wednesday afternoon. The festivities festivit-ies started early Wednesday evening and it was at the wee sma' hours Thursday morning when it ended. Feasting was started early in the evening and at frequent interval-: some tempting viand was proffered the guests. Dancing, music and short talks added much to the mir'h of the revelers, and with a profusion of gaily colored chrysanthemums, artistically arranged about the rooms the reception proved one of the most enjoyable of early fall. The bride, previous to her marriage, mar-riage, was Miss LuDeen Christensen, and is well and popularly known , throughout the valley. Mr. Allred, ! a young farmer, is als-i well known i and is a favorite among the younger I set. Mr. and Mrs. Allred have many friends who will join in wishing them happiness throughout their married : life. They plan to make RedreonJ their home. i - |
