Show Local and Personal Mr. and Mrs. S. J. Duggins are back from a brief visit to the capitol city. Mrs. H. E. Larson, and son, Dan Larson, spent the early part of the week visiting with friends at Emery. Manager W. L. Hunjphreys of the J. C. Penney company, transacted business at Manti Wednesday of this week. Wayne Tollestrup returned to Salt Lake City Wednesday afternoon after af-ter visiting for several days with his wife, Mrs. Tollestrup. Nephi Gledhill and A. E. Park have returned fromSalt Lake. They attended the semi-annual conference held at the city this week. Mrs. A. H. Kearns has gone to Salt Lake where she is receiving special medical treatment. She is accompanied by her husband. Miss Ludena Christensen left for Salt Lake the early days of last week. She will be -at the capitol city for some time visiting with relatives. Mr. and Mrs. Adolph Peterson went to Manti last night and were present at the marriage of Mr. Peterson's Pet-erson's sister, Miss Agnes Peterson, to Peter A. Poulson. Mrs. A, L. Clement entertained in honor of Mr. and Mrs. J. M. Hend-rickson Hend-rickson Wednesday evening of last week. Mrs. Hendrickson was formerly form-erly Miss Elvida Madsen of this city, and Mr. Hendrickson has just returned return-ed from service "overseas." |
