Show THE KEITH-O'BRIEN TALENT. The latest arrivals in the string of talent that will head the departments in the great Keith-O'Brien Keith-O'Brien store are P. P. O'Halloran and W. J. Shiol, who arrived from the East during the week. Mr. O'Halloran is a home furnisher of national reputation, repu-tation, and an expert of note in the matter of Turkish and Persian rugs, having given careful study to the subject in the countries where they are made. He will have complete charge of the drapery department, and will make a specialty of the arrangement of new homes. He has devoted a great deal of time to color effects and combinations in rugs, and carpets, and draperies of all kinds, and is one of the best known men in the country in that class of work. Mr. Shiel is a student of silk. For years his headquarters have been the great New York house of the Simpson-Crawford Company, where he has occupied the position of silk buyer, spending a great deal of time each year in the cities of Europe, Eu-rope, devoting his time to the purchase of artistic weaves. It is said that with Mr. Schiel at the head of the silk department, the handsomest effects ef-fects ever seen in the West will make that part of the big store doubly attractive. |
