TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that a special spe-cial tax for tho purpose of constructing construct-ing a sewer on J street between Second Sec-ond and Third streets, in Sower District Dis-trict No. 1, has been levied and confirmed con-firmed by ordinance dated November 20th, 1905. Said tax is levied upon the following real property in Salt Lake City, to-wit: All of lots 2 and 3, block 32, and all of lots 1 and 4, block 33, plat "D," Salt Lake City survey, to a depth of twenty-five feet back from said streets, is payable in six equal Installments, In-stallments, and will become delinquent delin-quent as follows: Said first Installment Install-ment on December 20th, 1905; said second sec-ond Installment on December 20th, 1906; said third Installment on December De-cember 20th, 1907; said fourth installment install-ment on December 20th, 1908; said fifth installment on December 20th, 1909, and said sixth installment on December Decem-ber 20th, 1910. Notice is hereby given that, whereas, where-as, upon the 27th day of December, 1904, the King Bird Consolidated Mining Company, a corporation of the State of Utah, made, executed and delivered its certain deed of trust in writing of that date, and thereby conveyed to Stephen H. Lynch, Trustee, Trus-tee, for the Utah Savings & Trust Company, a corporation of Utah, the following described lode mining claims situated in Beaver County, State of Utah, to-wit: The King Bird, TlieYu I.
