Bo It ordained by tho city council of Salt Lako City, Utah: Section 1. That tho city council does hereby levy tho tax and provldo for the assessment of tho samo upon tho property prop-erty hereinafter described in lots Nos. 1, 7, 8 and 9, block 13; 1 and G, block 1G; 1 and 3, block 21; 2, 3, 4 and 6, block 12; 3 and 4, block 17; 2, 3, 4 and 5, block 20, plat "E," Salt Lako City survoy, abutting Dn both sides of Center Cen-ter streot between Currant and Peach streets, in Sower District No. 1, said property having a frontage of 2,982.12 feet along said street.
