Show IIENRIE BROWN Mr. and Mrs. Chester Hen-rie report the marriage of their granddaughter Calcne Ilcnric to Jay W. Brown on Jan. 17th in the Logan LDS Temple. The bride is the daughter of the Leslie B. Henries of Lbgan. The young couple are making their home in Logan-. OWENS DETTAMANTI Mr, and Mrs. Gren Owens of Panguitch announce the marriage of their daughter, Evelyn, to Richard A. Detta-manti, son of Mr. and Mrs. A. D. Dettamanti of Santa Barbara, California. The marriage took place Tebruary 21, 1958 at the home of the bride's parents. Bishop Jay A. Riggs performed the ceremony. The bride has been attending the USU in Logan. Mr. Dettamanti. who is serving with the U.S. Marines, is stationed in Santa Ana and will bo released from the Service in the end of March. The newlywcds will make their home in Santa Barbara. A Trousseau Tea was held for Evelyn on Thursday. Feb 20th. ROSE PROM The Garfield Stake Rose Prom will be held in Tropic March 7th. A special floor show will be presented. Qucsters Meet The Questers February meeting was held at the home of Mrs. Tom Dodds on Thurs day, Feb. 20th, with fifteen in attendance. Jasper Crawford showed films which he had taken in Rome and other parts of Italy as well as in Koreo. They were very interesting and educational. Piano solos were given by Virginia Bruhn and Olivia Anton. Refreshments were served by hostesses Mamie Hatch, Darlene Veater and Margaret Krebs. Saturday afternoon. Visiting the J. Karl Hey-wood's from Thursday to Saturday of last week were Mrs. Heywood's mother and sister, Mrs. Bertha Branham of St. . George, and Mrs. Carl S. Peede of Ogden. Mr. and Mrs Hcywood took them to St. George on Saturday. |
