The 1980 directories will be distributed to customers in Hanksville beginning March 10. Saturday Meeting For Water Quality RUBY'S INN Water quality concerns and management plans for coping with them will be the focus of Interest at a public meeting to be held Saturday from 10 a.m. to 12 noon at Ruby's Inn. The meeting, fifth in a series of six meetings being held throughout the state, will serve both Kane nd Garfield counties. These water quality meetings are being sponsored by the Utah Association of Conservation Con-servation Districts. They are identifying pollution problems that threaten the quality of water and are looking for logical, practical solutions to those problems. Interested residents of Kane and Gut-field counties are invited to attend. Emphasis during the meeting will be placed on the discussion portion of the program and will include an important im-portant question and answer segment. A panel representing the Environmental Protection Agency and other agencies and organizatoins associated with the 208 Water Quality Program will respond to questions presented the panel. All questions and answers will be rscorded for future reference and use. |
