Show Fish & Game Readies 1966 Licenses Utah's 1966 fish and game licenses have been received at the Department's Salt Lake City office and are being processed pro-cessed in preparation for the new license year beginning April 16, 1966. The new licenses will be in the hands of license agents throughout the state in plenty of time to meet the April 16 deadline. Under legislative law, a proper 1966 license must be prossessed and visibly displayed dis-played by anyone in pursuit of fish or game after the April 16 date. General format of the new license is very little different from those of 1965, except for color changes and the addition of the goose tags to be issued with the combination and bird licenses. The deer tag is again made of plastic material with a reinforced rein-forced eyelet and patch so it can be securely attached to the animal when used. The various kinds of licenses and prices for each are as follows: Resident Fishing, 12 years and under 16 years, $1.00; Resident Fishing, 16 years and under 65 years, $3.50; Resident Fishing, over 65 years, $1.00; Resident Fishing, blind, $.05; Resident Combination, 16 years and over, $6.00; Resident Deer, 16 years and over, $3. 50; Resident Re-sident Game Bird, 14 years and under 16 years, $2.00; Resident Trapping, any age, $6.00; Nonresident Fishing (5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 days), 16 years and over, $4. 00, $5. 00, $6.00, $7.00, $8.00, $9.00. |
