Opinions . Colonel Nydams holiday message . - At this time of year when we pause to recognize the birth of our Savior and the change from the old year to the new, it is also a time for reflection on the past: Dugway has weathered many storms and seen many changes in 1984, and as Hannah and I prepare to spend our first Christmas on Colonels Hill we look out across English Village and see the many beautiful lights put up by our residents. The lights when first put up in Bethlehem about 2,000 years ago indicated hope and promise. expressed by the writers herein are their own and are not to be considered an official expression by the Department of the Army. The ap Dugways lights signify the same for me, the hope that the new year brings the same prosperity and professionalism we have seen emerge,' and the promise that the coming year will be fruitful and fulfilling for everyone. At this most holy of times, let us pray for peace and freedom from suffering for all of the worlds peoples. Merry Christmas, Happy Hannukah and a prosperous New Year to you all. DAVID A.
