Stir in flour, then the milk, stirring until thickened and smooth. Add seasonings and serve with fluffy boiled rice. Garnish with parsley. Makes 4 to 5 servings. Heres one of our favorite lazy day main dishes. Its creamed dried beef with the added flourish of a bit of curry added to the sauce. Theres just enough curry to make a brand new dish of an old favorite. Serve it with fluffy boiled rice rather than toast and add a tomato and cucumber salad with French dressing and any favorite relish or pickles. DRIED BEEF CURRY 2 evening in the 1st Ward. Miss Goldie Barton is recuperating from a recent fractured arm. Mrs. Betty Johnson Warner has returned home to stay indefinitely while her husband is serving with the air corps. Mr. and Mrs. Walt Elliott and family are vacationing in the northwest. Sirs. Millie Wood spent the week end in Provo, visiting with relatives. Sir. and Sirs. Floyd Checkets of Providence visited with the Gill Robinsons one day last week. Sliss Barbara Dumke will be the speaker at church services, Sunday MUGGS AND days. Sir. Harry (Eddy) Workman has returned from a recent cruise with more than 1(100 NROTC from 52 colleges and universities undergoing the training. The men participated in the amphibious training at the U.
