Show 1 LEGAL NOTICE PETITION NO. 84-6C Please be advised that the Bountiful Planning Commission Commis-sion will hold a public hearing on TUESDAY, April 3, 1984 at 7:20 PM or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, in the Planning Conference Room, 790 South 100 East Bountiful, Utah. The purpose of this hearing will be to determine the interest in-terest in and ascertain the advisability advi-sability of approving the following fol-lowing request for a conditional condition-al use permit: Permission to construct con-struct a warehouse and office space at 1 173 South 425 West, For-dham For-dham Commercial Park, Lot 4, The property in question is owned by Mr. Jerry Burn-ingham. Burn-ingham. The public is invited to attend and voice opinion either for or against this proposal. If you cannot attend, please feel free to voice opinion, either for or against, in writing or by agent or attorney. For your information, a "Conditional Use" is a land use that can be made acceptable accept-able in a particular area if the developer will comply with specific conditions that are outlined in the zoning ordinance ordi-nance to assure compatability with surrounding land used.
