Show Ruby Eschler , . Ruby Jessop Eschler, 88, died April 23, 1987 of causes incident to age. Born in Millville, Utah, Dec' 9, 1898 to Joseph Smith and Martha Moore Yeates Jessop. Married Victor Vic-tor William Eschler Oct. 1, 1919 in the Logan LDS Temple. He died July 11, 1974. She was reared and educated in Millville, Cache County. She made her home in Ogden for almost 30 years and has lived in Bountiful for the past 31 years. She was a lifelong active member of the LDS Church and served as a Primary teacher, Sunday School teacher, MIA leader, member and leader of the LDS girls organization, organiza-tion, and served as both a teacher and in the presidency of the Relief Society. She was a visiting teacher for many years. She was a member of the Lone Poplar Camp of DUP. She actively participated in civic affairs and was an election judge for many years. She is survived by one son and five daughters: Melvin J. Eschler, Roy; Mrs. Dan (Ellen) Kunz, Pocatello, Ida.; Sarah Beth Eschler, Mrs. Richard (Rose) Hall, Lois Martin, Bountiful; and Mrs. John (Vera) Eccles, Ogden; 26 grandchildren, 55 greatgrandchildren great-grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. Also surviving are nine brothers RUBY JESSLOP ESCHLER and three sisters,' Verge!, Sylmar, Fred, Thomas, Albert, William, Joseph, John and Hyrum Jessop, Allie Fors, Ellen Holm and Mabel A. Jessop. She was preceded in death by one grandson, one great-granddaughter, great-granddaughter, one son-in-law, five sisters and four brothers. ' Funeral services were held Monday, Mon-day, April 27 at the Lindquist Bountiful Mortuary. The family suggests donations by made to the Primary Childrens Hospital or the SIDS Foundation of Utah. |
