The contest was enjoyed by over 350 Corpsmembers and featured 13 body buildiers from the Gearfield Center. Also featured were three guest posers, Steve Olpin, Mark Kerr and Mark Drexler from the Roman Spa in Salt Lake City. Ed Loper from Lake View Terris, California, was crowned Mr. Atlas Clearfield Job Corps Center, 1978. THE UNDEFEATED 'Sunset Oevils finish season undefeated The Sunset Junior High Devels streaked to first place in the junior high school football competition by Sunset .downing Millcreek 28-finished their undeated season under the direction of new head coach Russ Jones. The team had an outstanding 31 point average compared to the oppositions 4 point average. His jumping ability, catching talent and speed have kept a lot of Region One in defenders trying to stop him. Roger was very capable of making the big play when it was needed. He reasons, that talents groomed on the hardwoods can easily be converted to the football field. He often wears leg weights (even to school and church) to improve his jumping ability. He works out on the weights and does a lot of running. He also does a lot of muscle training under the basket for rebounding drills. Roger came up through little league sports in baseball, basketball and football. He starred in all three SDorts at 15 nephews and nieces.
