Choice Boneless reported a Volkwagen as stolen. Officers investigated an assault situation at the Clearfield Job Corps. George Miller Mithcell, 19, California, was arrested on charges of simple assault and transported to the Davis County Sheriffs Office. Eferen Garcia, 46, 136 W. 350 N., was arrested for driving under the influence and driving on revocation, He was taken to the Davis County Sheriffs Office. 545 S. State, reported someone put in $3 worth of gasoline and left without paying for it. Robert Holmes, 212 E. 1700 S., reported a license plate had been taken off his vehicle. A stolen vehicle was located in Layton. Officers investigated a report of a train obstructing a crossing for an unreasonable length of time. Two boys were referred for possession of a controlled substance. NOVEMBER 4, 1978 Richard Jones, 1120 S. State, reported losing his wallet while at the park. Lost was cash and identification papers. A man reported his wife as a missing person. An open door was reported at Clearfield Realty. The owner was contacted and the building secured.
