No, there is not, your milk is not good.,, Have you inspected my dairy! Come and tell me where I must make a correction. When the officer went to the barn he admitted that it was one of the cleanest places he had ever been in, and himself admitted that there must be some mistake. Hoskisson demanded a milk test by the county, and F. C. Cooley, County Health Inspector, purchased milk at random from several of the dairies, including milk from one of the Hos- fame. county Health Inspector, shows the following analysis as made by the County Bacteriologist: Result Name Bacteric Price Total Fat Specific count solids per Gravity law. Most people become famous after they die, but here is e mere boy who in the short space of a year is looked upon as the greatest all round popular hero of all time. r MAY BE GOLD BRICK. According to A. P. dispatches in the daily press, the Hearst papers implicated four prominent United States senators in with the Mexican government .for alleged services to be rendered and an alleged slush fund of $1,215,000, divided or to be divided. The story when first printed created much speculation throughout the nation, and the senate committee immediately got busy and had a hearing. The senators involved in the story are William E. Borah, Robert M. La Follette, J. Thomas Heflin, George W. Norris, and Dudley Field Malone, with William Randolph Hearst as publisher of the alleged facts. At the hearing the senators vehemently denied any knowledge of any intrigue with the Mexican government, and they also emphatically denied ever being approached upon any of the charges made, or ever having received any money. Hearst submitted some documents providing a split of the money. Are these documents genuine, and did they really come from Mexico! Were the documents a gold brick and sold to the Hearst co-lusi- on kisson stores, and the following tests show that the Hoskisson milk was the best of all samples taken at the time. Now, the ordinance provides that milk must not have more than 50,000 bacteric count per cc. Yet the following table distinctly shows that two of the dairies wTere violating the law, one showing 53,000, and one 82,000. Why has not the City Board of Health ordered the two dairies violating the law to close! Does Commissioner Burton know this, as he should knowr as the head of the department, or is he a mere figurehead and is being dictated to! In purchasing this milk, it is also noted that two of the dairies have raised their price of milk to 12 cents per quart! Here is the official report of the Salt Lake County Board of papers! Heatlh.
