He would like to be a positive force and needs your vote to do so. Capital Improvement Needs: Upgrade, replaced, or added Water, sewer, storm drainage Streets, curb gutter, sidewalks Office space, police station His up to date ideas make sense for Moab. The cost of increased facilities & services should be borne by those who create the needs. Impact fees added to building permits for: Enlarging Water sewer systems Schools Library Law Enforcement Search & Rescue Fire Protection Parks & Recreation & Planning He gets the job done At the third meeting of the "Utah Clean Drinking Water Committee," Tom, Councilman Bill McDougald, and Laura Lewis of Kemper Securities, convinced the Board that Moab City qualified for ZERO interest bonds to replace our Water Transmission line from the golf course to town, estimated cost: $1,589,000. Zero interest will save Moab City residents over $616,000 over the next 20 years, compared to the 3.15 interest rate approved by the Clean Drinking Water Board, June 24, 1993 in Logan, Utah when the Mayor was unable to attend that meeting due to having his hip replaced.
