Jensen anil wife gave a splendid house-warming at their elegant new residence. There were some forty invited guests present. After looking over the well-appointed and commodious dwelling, which by the way is among the half dozen finest homes in town, the jolly crowd sat down to a sumptuous supper. The backs of the long tables were all but breaking break-ing under the quantities of good things with which they were loaded. Subslantbils and delicacies were not wanting. All feasted to their hearts' content as only a congenial, light-hearted collection of persons can do. Mayor Jensen made a line host; his charming wife, a captivating hostess. The pleasant atl'air did not terminate until the night, was far spent. The Mayor's house-warming was a decided success. |
