He was born March 15, 1901 in Brigham City, the son of William Clements and Lily Stewart owneragent. Horsley. He married Manilla Poulter on Dec. 22, 1925 in Brigham City. The marriage was later solemnized in the Logan LDS temple. She died Jan. 21, 1973. He married Doril White Horsley. He also was a member of the Brigham City Golf and Country club. A member of Brigham City bowling leagues, he was also a member of the Sons of Utah Pioneers, Brigham Camp and a supporter and sponsor of Little League baseball and other youth and civic programs. Survivors include his widow of Brigham City; a son and daughter, Scott Phillip Horsley of Rochester, N.Y.; Mrs. Rich-a- r (Joan) Haskins of Salt Lake City; stepsons and stepdaughter, Dr. Brent L. Horsley of Rockford, 111.; Dr. William-W- . Horsley of Brigham City; Mrs. Fred (Martha Claire) Christensen of Fresno, Calif. ; 18 grandchildren; brothers and sister, Dr. A. Burt Horsley of Provo; Raymoh Horsley, Puyallup, Wash.; Mrs. Ervin (Lily) v Daviqs.of Proyo.
