Show LIBRADA MONTOYA Requiem mass for Librada Montoya, 68, of Bingham Canyon, Can-yon, who died Monday, June 3, at 2 a.m. in a Salt Lake hospital of unknown but natural causes, were held yesterday (Thursday) in the Holy Rosary Church in Bingham at 10 o'clock. Holy rosary ros-ary was said for her at the mortuary mor-tuary chapel at 8 o'clock Wed- nesday night. She was born in May 1889, in Gilisteo, N. Mex., to Narsiso and Marselina Montoya. She was employed em-ployed as a housekeeper in Bingham Bing-ham Canyon. She is survived by a brother, Juan Montoya, Santa Fe, N. Mex; Burial was in Bingham Bing-ham City Cemetery under direction direc-tion of Bingham Mortuary. Florence Grant Toy Funeral services for Mrs. Florence Grant Toy, 60, of 1148 Lafayette Dr., Salt Lake City, former Bingham resident, who died Saturday, June 1, at 8:20 p.m. in a Salt Lake hospital after a long illness, were held Tuesday, Tues-day, June 4, at 1 p.m. at 574 E. First South, Salt Lake City. Mrs. Toy was born December 10, 1896, in Bingham Canyon to J. William and Catherine Fraser Grant. She married Joseph Toy April 15, 1918, in Salt Lake City. He died December 2, 1932. She was a Veterans Administration clerk, and served as a Wac in World War II. Surviving her are a son, Kenneth, Ken-neth, Salt Lake City; daughter, Mrs. Catherine Kotovsky, El Paso, Tex.; two grandchildren; brothers, Clarence F, Grant, Salt Lake City; Edward S. Grant, Copperton; William Grant, Ely, Nev.; Joseph W. Grant, Hayden Lake, Idaho; sister, Mrs. Margaret Mar-garet Faddis, American Fork. Interment was in Mt. Olivet cemetery. O |
