Show Nick P. Floroi Takes Miis Pappaa as Bride An impressive ceremony at the Hellenic Orthodox church, Salt Lake City, Sunday afternoon united uni-ted in marriage Miss Alice Pap-pas, Pap-pas, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gust A. Pappas of Magna, and Nick P. Floros of this city. The Rev. Harry Gavalas officiated and Mr. Pappas gave his daughter daugh-ter in marriage. The brunet beauty of the charming young bride- was enhanced en-hanced by her beautiful white satin gown, fashioned princess style, with leg-o-mutton sleeves, sweetheart neckline and shirred bodice. Her face veil and long train of illusion fell from a coronet coro-net of orange blossoms. She carried car-ried a bouquet of gardenias. The matron of honor, Mrs. James Pappas, was f rocked in pink. Misa Anna Pappas, maid of honor, and Miss Alice Flangas, attendant, chose blue dresses, while Miss May Goris wore an orchid or-chid gown. Miss Melva Pappas and Miss Mary Pappas chose dresses of yellow. Each carried bouquets of roses and gardenias. All are residents of Magna. Acting as best men for Mr. Floras Flo-ras were Gust Anton of Salt Lake City and Jack Tallas. Pete Flangas Flan-gas of Magna was ring bearer. The reception at the Civic Center Cen-ter the same evening was attended attend-ed by over two hundred guests. An excellent dinner was followed follow-ed by dancing. Roses and sweet peas in rectangular containers and round bouquets of daisies and button chrysanthemums centered cen-tered the table decorated for the bridal pair. Mr. and Mrs. Floros are at home in their nicely-furnished residence at Lead Mine. He is a track foreman for the Utah Copper company. |
