Show ABE FUNERAL HELDFRIDAY Funeral services for Neva E. Abel, 58, who succumbed following fol-lowing an illness of several months at the Bingham hospital March 19, were conducted at the Bingham mortuary chapel last Friday morning with the Rev. Meredith Smith officiating. Other Oth-er speakers were Dr. Paul S. Richards and Dr. F. E- Straup- Music preceding services included in-cluded violin selections by John Chipian with Miss Margaret Ireland Ire-land at the piano. A trio, Miss Elva, Fern and Madge Crump, sang "Going Home". Joel P. Jensen Jen-sen gave a vocal solo, "The Lord's Prayer", and Garth Ras-mussen Ras-mussen played a saxophone solo, "Ave Maria"- Active pallbearers were Art J. Sorenson, Parker Gray, Clive Siddoway, W. L. Faddis, Horace Aven and Harold Beckstrom. Honorary pallbearers included W. S. Jones, George Bihler, C. E. Adderley, Boyd Bernard, Joseph Jo-seph Kemp and Eugene Chandler. Chand-ler. Interment was in the Bingham Bing-ham cemetery under direction of the Bingham mortuary. Many friends gathered to pay their last respects to Mrs. Abel, a life long resident of Bingham-There Bingham-There was a large number of beautiful floral pieces. Mrs- Abel's daughter, Miss Zella Ward of Oakland, Cal-, came March 16 and is visiting at the W. S. Jcnes home until next week. Only other survivor is a brother, Dell F. Lee of Los Angeles, prevented by illness from coming to Bingham to attend at-tend his sister's funeral. s |
