Practices are stiff but are made enjoyable with the good feeling that exists with the team. Criticism is taken objectively and praises come when they are deserved. First your head coach, Richard Hoopes, has found a home at Weber High. He and his assistant, Joe James, enjoy immensely the time spent after school with these grap- - plers. Youll usually find Hoopes and James right down in the thick of wrestling competition on practice days. Coach James, who was brilliant as a college athlete, had never lost a practice match before last week. It was Mark Storey who finally outwitted him and came up with a win. Its all for fun, just ask anyone of them. 12-- 4. The JV team got together after their , match and vowed to be the best in coming years.
