Show WILL SUBMIT BONUS MEASURE Omaha Legion Members to Urge Stats Legislature's Action on Pigeonholed Pigeon-holed Bill. Omnha members of the American Legion Le-gion plan to submit the bill providing a bonus to World war veterans to the people by invoking the Initiative at the next general election. Sponsors of the measure, which will be patterned after the Iowa state bonus, bo-nus, say the bill will provide for the payment of 50 cents per day to every service man or woman who, at the time of enlistment, was a resident of Nebraska. Ne-braska. There will be a maximum fclause of $:.r0. No distinction will be made between domestic and foreign service. The state bonus measure has been before tho Nebraska legislature three times. In 1010 the legislators dropped the bonus and passed an emergency relief re-lief bill for service men and their families. fam-ilies.
