Show Bond Election To all qualified electors of Milford, Beaver County, Utah: Take notice that on the 29th day of April 1980, a special bond election will be held in the Municipality of Milford, Beaver County, Utah, at the place set out below for the purpose of submitting to the qualified electors of said Municipality the following propositions: PROPOSITION 1 Shall the City Council of Milford, Beaver County, Utah be authorized to issue General Obligation Industrial Park Bonds of said Municipality in an amount of not to exceed One Hundred Ninety five Thousand Dollars ($195,000), to be due and payable In not to exceed twenty (20) years from the date thereof, said Bonds to to be issued and sold for the purpose of defraying all or a portion of the costs of constructing a Municipal Industrial Park through the acquisition, construction, or installation of street lighting, storm drainage, curb, gutter, asphalt paving, water and sewer lines, and other related improvements and additions, and for the payment of the expenses reasonably incurred in connection with the acquisition and construction of said improvements improve-ments and the authorization and issuance of said Bonds? PROPOSITION 2 Shall the City Council of Milford, Beaver County, Utah be authorized to issue General Obligation Water Bonds of said Municipality in an amount of not to exceed Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000) to be due and payable in not to exceed forty (40) years from the date thereof; said Bonds to be issued and sold for the purpose pur-pose of defraying all or a portion of the cost of drilling and equipping a new water well, constructing a water storage reservoir, installing a water transmission line, and in other ways extending and improving the existing water system, and for the payment of expenses reasonably reason-ably incurred in connection with the acquisition and construction of said improvements and the authorization authoriza-tion and issuance of said Bonds? Said election will be held at the following polling places, and the persons indicated as follows will act as election officials; Voting District Polling Place Election Officials 1 and 2 Milford Methodist Norma Edwards Church Vilate Lange 350 No. 100 East John Easton The voting at such special bond election shall be by ballot, which ballots will be furnished bytheCity Council of Milford to the election officials who, in turn, will furnish them to the qualified voters. The polls will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. There will be no special registration of voters for the special bond election, and the official register last made or revised shall constitute the register for such election elec-tion except that the County Clerk of Beaver County will register as provided by law at his office during regular office hours, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, and except during the ten day period immediately preceding preced-ing the bond election, any person who is or will be eight -een years of age or older and who otherwise will be a qualified elector on the day of this election. The County Clerk will make available, or will cause the registration regis-tration agents to make available, at the above -described polling places, a registration list or copy thereof listing list-ing all registered electors entitled to use such voting place.,,,,, . , ,.. ... ., .. ,. NOTICE is further given that on May 5, 1980, that , being a day not later than ten (10) days after said election, the City Council will meet at its regular meeting place at 8:00 p.m. to canvass the returns and declare the results of the said election.
