Show Charlie Baxter Funeral services were conducted Monday afternoon in the Milford LDS Chapel for Charlie Varner Baxter, 79, who died May 5th at Fort Knox, Ky, of causes incident to age. The program, conducted by Bishop E. C. Edwards, was as follows: fol-lows: Prelude and postlude music, Mrs. Edna Nichols. The invocation was by Dick Thomas of Beaver, and at the conclusion con-clusion of the services Rev. Mrs. Lillian M. Nelson pronounced the benediction. Musical numbers were an organ solo by Mrs. Nichols, and two numbers num-bers by the Methodist Choir, under un-der direction of Mrs. Fonda Magill. Speakers were M. J. Warr of Beaver and Ira M. 'Fisher, Milford. Rev. Mrs. Nelson read from the Scriptures. Rev. Mrs. Nelson dedicated the grave in the Milford Cemetery. Out of town relatives attending the funeral services included C W O and Mrs. Harry Jefferson of Fort Knox, Ky. ; Mrs. Bonnie Mclntyre and son Billie, and Mrs. Judy Bradfield, Salt Lake; Mr. and Mrs. Charles Baxter and two children, chil-dren, Coalville; Mrs. Josephine Lilly. Mr. and Mrs. Henry Countryman, Country-man, Methow, Wash.; Mrs. Leland Ostler and Mr. and Mrs. Scott Bruno, Moroni; Mrs. Harold Jackson, Jack-son, Nephi; Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Nelson, Mrs. Margaret Welker and Jack Elliker, Cedar City, and Wade Meadows, Camp Pendleton, Ore. |
