Utah HMTUSA LEPC Planning Grant Application. 2. Update by Utah Comprehensive Emergency Management officials on all training classes available, and overview of LEPC requirements. 3. Review of last quarters hazardous material responses and the reporting procedures. . - -..U 4. Hazardous Materials Risk Analysis. 5. Update of the UPRC Wasatch Gathering System by Dennis Earhart of Bear West. 6. Development of county-wide hazardous materials facility and transportation route map. 7. Interlocal Agreements. 8. The present Hazardous Materials Emergency Response Plan for Summit County will be reviewed.
